4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

Delivery timelines usually range from 1–5 business days, depending on location.

Delivery charges vary based on region and courier policy.

Delay may occur due to weather, courier backlog, or national holidays.

5. Payments
Accepted payment methods include:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

bKash / Nagad / Rocket

Online payment gateways

For prepaid orders, transactions are processed securely through authorized channels.

6. Return, Replacement & Refund
Only defective, damaged, or wrong items are eligible for replacement.

Customers must report issues within 24–48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Refunds are processed only if a product is unavailable for replacement after verification.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipment.

Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

CARRYLUX–এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা সোশ্যাল প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করে ক্রয় করলে নিচের শর্তাবলীতে আপনার সম্মতি হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।

১. সাধারণ নীতি
CARRYLUX একটি অনলাইন রিটেল ব্র্যান্ড যা লাইফস্টাইল ও লাক্সারি পণ্য সরবরাহ করে।

ব্যবহারকারী অবশ্যই ১৮+ বছর বয়সী হতে হবে বা অভিভাবকের অনুমতি থাকতে হবে।

কোম্পানি সময় সময় শর্তাবলীতে পরিবর্তন আনতে পারে।

২. পণ্য ও মূল্য
প্রোডাক্ট ছবির রং আলোক বা ডিভাইস ডিসপ্লের কারণে কিছুটা ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

মূল্য যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

স্টক কনফার্মেশন ছাড়া প্রোডাক্টের প্রাপ্যতা নিশ্চিত নয়।

৩. অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া
অর্ডার দেওয়ার সময় সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।

অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন SMS/ফোন/ইনবক্সে জানানো হবে।

ভুল মূল্য, স্টক সমস্যা বা সন্দেহজনক কার্যকলাপ হলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে।

৪. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি
আমরা বাংলাদেশের সর্বত্র বিশ্বস্ত কুরিয়ার মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি করি।

ডেলিভারি সাধারণত ১–৫ কার্যদিবস সময় নেয়।

এলাকার ভিত্তিতে ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।

আবহাওয়া, ছুটি, বা কুরিয়ার ব্যাকলগের কারণে দেরি হতে পারে।

৫. পেমেন্ট
আমাদের গ্রহণযোগ্য পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি:

ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD)

bKash / Nagad / Rocket

অনলাইন গেটওয়ে

প্রিপেইড পেমেন্ট সম্পূর্ণ নিরাপদ চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে নেওয়া হয়।

৬. রিটার্ন, রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ও রিফান্ড
শুধুমাত্র ডিফেক্টিভ, ড্যামেজড বা ভুল পণ্য রিপ্লেস করা হবে।

ডেলিভারির ২৪–৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ছবি/ভিডিও প্রমাণসহ জানাতে হবে।

রিপ্লেসমেন্ট না থাকলে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।

চেঞ্জ-অফ-মাইন্ড রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

৭. অর্ডার বাতিল
শিপমেন্টের আগে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে।

একবার কুরিয়ারে পাঠানো হলে বাতিল করা যাবে না।

ভুল তথ্য বা যোগাযোগে সাড়া না দিলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।

৮. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব
ব্যবহারকারী সম্মত যে তিনি নিম্নোক্ত কাজ করবেন না:

ভুয়া তথ্য প্রদান

ওয়েবসাইট বা সোশ্যাল প্ল্যাটফর্মের অপব্যবহার

প্রতারণামূলক অর্ডার বা চার্জব্যাক

এগুলো করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট সীমাবদ্ধ বা আইনি ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।

৯. গোপনীয়তা
ব্যবহারকারীর তথ্য আমাদের Privacy Policy অনুযায়ী ব্যবহৃত হয়।

আমরা কখনোই তথ্য বিক্রি বা শেয়ার করি না।

১০. দায়সীমা
CARRYLUX দায়ী থাকবে না:

কুরিয়ারের কারণে বিলম্ব

তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবাজনিত ক্ষতি

পণ্য ভুল ব্যবহারে কোনো ক্ষতি

আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ দায় অর্ডারের মূল্যের মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ।

১১. আইনগত কর্তৃত্ব
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত হবে এবং যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
